Sales Representative

  • Full-time
  • Remote – United States
  • $65,000–$90,000 per year

As a Sales Representative at NEXGENESYS, you'll be the first point of contact for growing businesses exploring IT consulting and digital growth. You'll turn inbound interest and proactive outreach into booked consultations and new client relationships, helping prospects see a clear path to measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business through outbound outreach, inbound inquiries, and referrals
  • Run discovery conversations to understand each prospect's goals, challenges, and budget
  • Present our services and tailor recommendations to the prospect's stage and needs
  • Manage your pipeline in the CRM, keeping records, follow-ups, and forecasts accurate
  • Partner with delivery teams to scope engagements and prepare clear, honest proposals
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly booked-consultation and revenue targets
  • Share market feedback that sharpens our offers and messaging

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in sales, business development, or an account executive role (B2B services preferred)
  • Strong communication and active-listening skills with a consultative, no-pressure style
  • Able to explain technology and marketing services in plain, confident language
  • Experience with a CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) and a disciplined follow-up process
  • Self-motivated and organized, comfortable thriving in a remote team
  • A results-oriented mindset and a track record of hitting targets

Account Manager

  • Full-time
  • Remote – United States
  • $75,000–$100,000 per year

As an Account Manager, you'll own the long-term success of our client relationships after the sale. You'll be the trusted point of contact who keeps projects aligned to client goals, makes sure clients see measurable results, and uncovers genuine opportunities to grow each account.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
  • Build strong, trusted relationships and ensure clients consistently see value
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to keep projects on scope, on time, and on budget
  • Lead regular check-ins and reporting that tie our work to clear business outcomes
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely help the client grow
  • Resolve issues quickly and proactively to protect satisfaction and retention
  • Track account health, renewals, and growth in the CRM

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in account management, client success, or a related client-facing role
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable discussing digital marketing, web, and IT projects with clients
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities at once
  • Experience with CRM and project-management tools

Software Developer

As a Software Developer at NEXGENESYS, you'll build and maintain the websites and web applications that power our clients' digital growth. You'll work across the stack to ship fast, accessible, well-tested experiences that turn visitors into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain responsive websites and web applications for clients
  • Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and take part in code reviews
  • Translate designs and requirements into performant, accessible interfaces
  • Integrate APIs, CMS platforms, and third-party services
  • Optimize applications for speed, SEO, and Core Web Vitals
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the stack
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver on time

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years building and shipping production web applications
  • Proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a framework like React or Next.js
  • Solid HTML and CSS skills with an eye for responsive, accessible design
  • Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows
  • Familiarity with REST/JSON APIs and at least one backend or CMS
  • Strong problem-solving skills and genuine attention to detail

Server Administrator

  • Full-time
  • Remote – United States
  • $85,000–$115,000 per year

As a Server Administrator, you'll keep our clients' infrastructure secure, reliable, and ready to scale. You'll manage servers, monitor performance, and respond to issues so the systems behind every client's business stay online and protected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provision, configure, and maintain Linux and/or Windows servers and cloud infrastructure
  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and capacity, and respond to incidents
  • Implement and maintain backups, disaster-recovery plans, and security hardening
  • Manage user access, patching, and routine maintenance windows
  • Automate repetitive tasks with scripting and infrastructure-as-code where it helps
  • Document configurations, procedures, and runbooks
  • Partner with developers to support deployments and resolve infrastructure issues

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in server administration, systems administration, or DevOps
  • Hands-on experience administering Linux and/or Windows Server
  • Familiarity with a cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  • Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and backup strategies
  • Scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) for automation
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a calm, methodical approach to incidents
